Security, roles and history
Every change has a name and a time on it.
Sign-in by email code, three roles, a full history on every record and a 30-day safety net for deletes.

Who gets in
Only the people on your list.
Email one-time code
People sign in with their work email and a code sent to it. There are no passwords to store, reset or leak.
- Sign-in runs through Cloudflare Access
- People not on your list are turned away
- The phone app stays signed in for a day at a time
Admin, editor, view-only
Pick a role for each person.
- View-only: can look and search
- Editor: can change fibers, cables, splices and structures
- Admin: also manages people, approvals and restores
No open doors
The server sits on your PC and is reached through an outbound Cloudflare tunnel.
- No ports opened on your firewall
- Remote desktop is not put on the internet
- Uploads are checked by their contents, not just their name

What happened
A full history, and a way back.
Every change is creditedEach change is saved under the person who is signed in. Nobody can type in a different name.
History on every fiberWho, when, the old value and the new value. Admins also see one activity log of everything.
No silent overwritesIf someone else saved first, you see their change and choose what to keep.
Undo and restoreUndo right after you save. Deletes are held for 30 days, and an admin can restore them in one tap.

Your data
It stays in your geodatabase.
Your records live in your own file geodatabase, on your own machine. We set up scheduled backups, and each backup is checked by a test restore. You can download every fiber as a CSV file at any time.
Questions from your IT team?
We are glad to walk them through how sign-in, the tunnel and backups work.
